Goals:
- To gather in one place during a day the French and international FinTech contributors and those who are concern about its development.
- The financial sector: threat or opportunity?
- Do Bordeaux and its surrounding area have a key role in the FinTech future?

Concerned audience:
- FinTechs themselves with all their fields of expertise (finance, bank, insurance, payment, consulting etc.). Allowing productive exchanges between its members and to take stock of the progress of companies or projects.
- Financial press who can meet many FinTech contributors.
- The traditional world of Finance, Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management Consulting who wonder about the future or the digitalisation of their profession.
- Capital investors, incubators, accelerators … seeking innovative projects to support in the medium or long term.
- Institutions from Bordeaux, Aquitaine or France in order to meet those young firms and discuss possible collaborations.
This is an opportunity for them to communicate on the French FinTech label of Bordeaux and its fulfilment.

One day organised in one place in Bordeaux around 3 roundtable discussions, times of meeting and networking.
In addition, there will be oral presentations of national and international leading figures.
1st roundtable discussion: What is a FinTech ? How define it? More “Tech” than “Fin”?

2nd discussion: How are the FinTechs today? What is a “State of the art”? What ruptures do they bring?

3rd discussion: What future for the FinTech? Are there new technological ruptures in progress? Can the independence last?

-Louis Alexandre de Froissard (Montaigne Conseil): Organiser. He is a Wealth management consultant who is passionate by new technologies. He is invested with his partners in the Réseau Entreprendre. They wonder about the current and future place of FinTechs. A large number of the firm’s clients have already invested in start-up businesses, SOHO or SMEs. -Guillaume-Olivier Doré : Co-organiser. He is known for launching the Agregator fund and taking over the OTC company. He made his career in investment in SMEs. He is a born entrepreneur who believes in the ability of FinTech to revolutionise Finance.
